These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services on the bgok platform. By visiting the bgok website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

Welcome Bonus

bgok offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives an additional ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000.

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 20 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets before it becomes withdrawable. Note that wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus has its own expiry period — expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
• Creating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device to claim bonuses is prohibited.
• bgok reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• VIP members receive additional benefits: up to 0.4% weekly cashback at the Bronze level, up to 0.8% at the Silver level, and up to 1.2% at the Gold level.

Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bgok. Violating these rules will result in account closure and all balances may be forfeited:

• Any fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated method to play games.
• Attempting to hack accounts or steal another user's information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person.
• Exploiting any technical error on the platform — if you find an error, you should report it to us immediately.
• Any statement or campaign that damages bgok's reputation.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

Reasons for Account Suspension

bgok reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Providing false or inconsistent information.
• Violating any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to complete account verification.
• Engaging in the prohibited activities listed in Section 6.
• Remaining inactive for an extended period.

Voluntary Account Closure
